1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • DTDC
  • Xpressbees
  • Other logistics partners

Shipping availability will be automatically shown at checkout based on your pin code.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Processing may take longer during:
    • Festivals
    • Sale events
    • High order volumes

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation via email/SMS.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other Cities: 5–7 working days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or external factors.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges depend on order value and delivery location
  • Free shipping may be available on selected products/orders
  • Final charges (if any) are shown at checkout before payment

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email
  • You can also track from:
    My Account → Orders → Track Order

Tracking updates may take a few hours to reflect.


6. DELAYED ORDERS

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier partner delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or festivals
  • Incorrect shipping details

If your order is delayed, contact our support team for assistance.


7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us

In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.


8. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure:

  • Correct address
  • Accurate pin code
  • Valid mobile number

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
Address changes are allowed only before dispatch.


9. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If the package appears damaged or tampered:

  • Do NOT accept the parcel
  • Record an unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Contact us within 24 hours

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we ship only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
