RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Oriventa Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We offer a 7-day return or replacement on eligible products from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective product
  • Size mismatch (where applicable)
  • Product not matching description or images

❌ Non-Returnable Products

  • Socks
  • Stockings
  • Dupatta
  • Scarf
  • Innerwear & hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products marked as “Non-returnable”

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible:

✔ Product must be unused and unworn
✔ Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
✔ All accessories must be included
✔ Product must pass quality check

❌ Return may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Incorrect or unclear proof submitted
  • Return request raised after 7 days

3. HOW TO INITIATE RETURN

  • Go to: My Account → Orders
  • Select order
  • Click “Request Return / Replace”
  • Upload images/video (mandatory for damage cases)
  • Submit request

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.


4. RETURN PICKUP

  • Courier pickup will be arranged after approval
  • Pickup attempted 2–3 times
  • Product must be properly packed

If pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship.


5. REPLACEMENT POLICY

Replacement is subject to:

✔ Product availability
✔ Successful QC

If unavailable, refund or store credit will be provided.


6. REFUND POLICY

Refund is processed only after:

  • Product reaches warehouse
  • QC is approved

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid: Original payment method
  • COD: Bank transfer or wallet credit

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval.

Bank processing time may vary slightly.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

For COD misuse, future COD orders may be restricted.


8. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If product is damaged:

  • Record full unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Raise request within 24 hours

9. EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer replacement only, not direct size exchange.
You may return and reorder the correct size.
