RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Oriventa Private Limited, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We offer a 7-day return or replacement on eligible products from the date of delivery in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product
- Size mismatch (where applicable)
- Product not matching description or images
❌ Non-Returnable Products
- Socks
- Stockings
- Dupatta
- Scarf
- Innerwear & hygiene-sensitive items
- Products marked as “Non-returnable”
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible:
✔ Product must be unused and unworn
✔ Original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
✔ All accessories must be included
✔ Product must pass quality check
❌ Return may be rejected if:
- Product is used, washed, or damaged
- Tags or packaging are missing
- Incorrect or unclear proof submitted
- Return request raised after 7 days
3. HOW TO INITIATE RETURN
- Go to: My Account → Orders
- Select order
- Click “Request Return / Replace”
- Upload images/video (mandatory for damage cases)
- Submit request
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
4. RETURN PICKUP
- Courier pickup will be arranged after approval
- Pickup attempted 2–3 times
- Product must be properly packed
If pickup is unavailable, you may need to self-ship.
5. REPLACEMENT POLICY
Replacement is subject to:
✔ Product availability
✔ Successful QC
If unavailable, refund or store credit will be provided.
6. REFUND POLICY
Refund is processed only after:
- Product reaches warehouse
- QC is approved
Refund Mode
- Prepaid: Original payment method
- COD: Bank transfer or wallet credit
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval.
Bank processing time may vary slightly.
7. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
For COD misuse, future COD orders may be restricted.
8. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If product is damaged:
- Record full unboxing video (mandatory)
- Raise request within 24 hours
9. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer replacement only, not direct size exchange.
You may return and reorder the correct size.
